So...DA has an AI generator. This may explain why so many folks are upset, and why I periodically see very...odd uploads (Yes I tried it. if the prompt is ambiguous enough you can create images that can resemble legitimate digital art---the sort that can take 30+ hours) While generators can be great prompt tools they pose an ethical problem; what are these images being compiled from? Most of the ones I've used draw from an archive (Boredhumans) or google images, meaning that no matter what is "allowed" to be created, it is possible to create and upload images that are copies of someone else's work. tread lightly folks!
